Is my Droid mini a dual voltage?

I am going to Shanghai, China in about 2 weeks (March 15) and need to know if my Droid mini / Motorola powered is dual voltage! I have a converter for plug in but didn't know if I need a voltage adapter/ changer thing. ( I am terrible with technology!)

The phone is a 5 Volt phone, it has nothing to do with the wall power.

Your charger has a line of print that says "Input". Look at it. It probably says something like 100-240 Volts. That means any voltage between 100 and 240, not just dual. Phone power supplies are no longer dual voltage. Using a plug adapter should be enough.
