Galaxy S7 stock unrooted. Sprint. Android 7.0.
I turned my phone to vibrate before a movie (by holding vol down all the way). After the movie, I turned the ringer back to full. Five days later and I still can't get my notifications to make any noise (incoming text or email). The ringer works fine, but the phone just vibrates with a notification. All other audio works fine (ie Netflix, all apps, etc). I've restarted the phone probably 5 times, updated the profile and PRL, and then of course been through every possible setting under "Sounds and Notifications". And get this..... if I try to select a different notification sound, none of the sounds preview as I select them BUT if I'm selecting a new ringer, they all preview fine. I've tried switching the modes in settings to mute, then back to sound and all other toggles I can find. If I turn on "Touch Sounds", they work fine. Just for whatever reason I can't get my damn notifications to make any noise anymore! Help!
