i am using a galaxy s4 for almost 4 years it was all good but after this feb it has started automatically switching on the mobile data and it drains all my balance and battery. i have tried all the solutions provided by people on this page but in vein pllxx do help me i need that.
Plug in the charger (so you don't kill the battery).
Copy anything you need to your Drive account or to another computer (or an SD card, or wherever it will be safe for a while).

If it works now without turning on Mobile data by itself, restore your data. If it doesn't, it's a hardware problem, and you could buy a gently used S4 for less than it would cost to repair yours (and then restore the data to that one).
