    How to flash operating system?

    Did you make at least one TWRP backup? If you did, just restore it in TWRP. (Then copy it to a PC or cloud storage. I back up every update, as soon as it installs, and copy it. Then, if there's an update that causes a problem, I can go back to last month until they fix the problem. Better an older system than a dead one.)

    If you didn't make any TWRP updates, TWRP has nothing to install, so it won't do you any good. This is a link to the firmware and instructions on how to install it to your phone. (You won't get any personal data, just the system. TWRP would have backed everything up.)

    After either way, the restart is probably going to be very long - maybe as much as 10 or 15 minutes. Just start the process before a good TV shoe comes on, then watch the show. When the show is done, the phone should be too.,
