We bought a Samsung s5 refurbished from Walmart.com. When turning it on to activate it is saying it was rest to the last google account owner, which is not us. How do we completely reset so it is like new and not recognizing any accounts until we enter ours? Thank you for any help

Welcome to Android Central! You can't -- that's Google's Factory Reset Protection, and is intended to discourage thieves from stealing a phone and doing a simple factory reset to make it their own. The prior owner has to properly remove their Google account before they factory reset it. Contact Walmart.com and tell them they sent you a phone that wasn't properly reset, and ask for a refund or exchange.
