I am able to receive messages via both SMS and social media. I can send messages on social media but not text. I recently updated my phone and the "Wi-Fi Calling Wi-Fi Networks Available" notification will not go away. I'm attempting to send texts to people and it says "Connect to Wi-Fi. No cellular network available. Connect to available Wi-Fi for messaging?" when I am already connected to Wi-Fi. I have to text someone back urgently and this is very troublesome.

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone, and which network? Which messaging app are you using -- the stock Messaging app, or Facebook Messenger, or something else?
