Account action required?

I usually get a message as account action required,but i wont have that gmail,i want to change that gmail to new one.please help me.

From what I understand, you want to remove a Google (Gmail) account and add a new one? To do so, go to Settings > Accounts > choose the Google account you want to remove > tap the three dots > Remove account. You can sign into a new account (or create a new one) in the same settings page (Settings > Accounts) - just tap the + icon or "Add account" button (depending on your device) and choose Google.

You can add the new one first, then delete the old one. A phone can have more than one Google account (it shouldn't normally, but for a few minutes, it won't make much difference).
