How to transfer music from iOS to Android

Hello! So I am wondering if it's possible to transfer music from iPad to Android phone without iTunes and without a computer. I have this song purchased on my iPad and I want to transfer it to my Android phone but Apple of course as usual don't allow sharing of the song anywhere. Can't even send it as an email I can send just the link and it opens to iTunes on my Android phone. So is there some way to login to my iTunes account and download that song from there or copy it somehow to my Android phone?

1. You can't usually share purchased songs. The purchase doesn't give you ownership of the song, it gives you ownership of the right to play it on the device you downloaded it to.

2. Without a computer, you'd have to search Google Play for an app that can do it. With a computer (borrow one for an hour - even a laptop) you can use iTunes to transfer whatever music is transferable. (My brother asked me the question just yesterday - theirs is a mixed marriage - she has an iPhone.)
