[Android Central Question]

I get a full screen ad usually for 2 diffrent things at 2 specific times during the day at 9am and around 2pm. when I hit the multi window tap to see what app they are from all I see is a green scare icon with what looks like an eye shape at first glance I though it was my internet explorer but that's purple and a globe.
Does anyone know what it is and how to disable it?

I am having the same issue. On a Google pixel 2. Whatever app is causing the add mimics whatever screeb you were veiwing before but clicking links won't load anything. Very odd, and I can't find an answer anywhere.
