Does anyone face issues with the latest update Oreo on S8?

[Android Central Question]

I have downloaded the Oreo software update few days back and since then I have inconveniences with What's app and Telegram notifications as well as the clock time doesn't get changed (i.e. the clock on the top right may show the same time 7:20PM for example for 10 or 15 mins without a change). How can I get back the previous version of software?

It's not easy to revert, or risk-free. Also, doing so effectively results in a factory reset so I suggest backing up your data and setting the phone back up from "0" with Oreo rather than using a "migrated" setup to see if it resolves your issues.
