Why can’t I view my media in kids mode

Hi,

I have Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 and have recently put films and media on SD card in it. When I have tablet in kids mode I put films into media file in parental control page, films then appear in kids mode so can be watched but then once tablet is turned off and back on it’s disappeared fromkids mode so have to load it all back in, can anyone help with how to save it onto kids mode so I don’t have to keep saving it every time I turn it on.

Welcome to Android Central! Try moving one of those files to Internal Storage instead, and see if it remains viewable in Kids Mode. If it does, then it probably has to do with the fact that the files are saved to the SD card.
