I need help scheduling text messages in the S9

I'm trying to schedule my text message to be sent tomorrow morning. I can't figure out how to schedule it. Is it possible? I did this with the S6 all the time

1. While in a conversation in the messaging app, click the + sign to the left of the "Enter message" bubble at the bottom of the screen.
2. There should be several icons that pop up on the keyboard (photos, camera, GPS, etc.). All the way to the right there should be 3 dots in a vertical line. Click on that icon.
3. Tap on "Schedule message" from the options available.
