Wear spot on note 8 screen.

First and foremost I love the Note 8. The only gripe I have is that after a few months of having the phone without a screen protector I notice ( where my right thumb would be to scroll ) looks as if it is worn. Like the clear coat is worn to where when I clean screen with microfiber it seems to leave like a spot you can't polish clear. It's only noticeable when screen is off. It's almost like microscopic scratches from having the thumb scroll up and down for moths before putting a screen protector on them. What could be the issue and is there any fix from home to get the spot clear again? Again it's very faint and can really only bee seen when screen is off and the able at which you look at the screen is.

Welcome to Android Central. It sounds as if the oleophobic coating may have worn off in that spot. You may want to consider a screen protector like the Otao tempered glass to prevent further wear.
