HTC m7 resets on htc logo and bootloader doesn't respond when selecting any option

Hi,
i have an international ver of htc m7
it had stock htc ver with all relevant updates and not rooted
a few days ago it restarted and didn't get past the htc logo screen

when trying to recover via the bootloader nothing responds
what i mean is rebooting to the bootloader and selecting recover or any other option

Info on bootloader screen:

That sounds like the ROM is corrupted. You'll have to reflash it. This video

has a lot of false starts, but if you can sit through it (it's 10 minutes long), that's how to reflash an HTC. (You'll probably have to do a Google search for the ruu file for your particular model.)
