I have a important call that I recorded with no sound .. I have all the permissions on . can I convert the file is AMR to a MP3 so it plays with sound is that possible? Please help or let me know what elea I can do

Try this site - but I think the problem is that the phone recorded a silent file, so converting it to mp3 will give you a silent mp3 file.

Always check your phone call recorder before you need it - and find one that works with your phone. (Different phones are different - for example, almost no recording apps work on Samsung phones.)
