    Since both can fail, I don’t know. Best is to back them up to cloud storage, but that’s not what you’re asking.

    Depends... Powerful camera needs speed to save files.

    How fast is your card? If it is less than class 10 then it likely will lag if you take too many shots rapidly.

    If you have a newer phone and your microSD is a quality UHS-I card then you should have no issues saving to SD except under the most demanding conditions like 4k or ultra high frame rates (for slo-mo).
