Problem after recent update (15/03/18) on Samsung tab A

Fed up with this now. It keeps going to the home screen even in the middle of doing something and sometime I just get a black screen, when it wont let me do anything. Then its like it has to catch up. I have to continuously slide the screen to get back to what I was doing. No problem before the update. Can I report this somewhere?
