Apps appear to quickly minimize then reappear while in use, cancels alarm.

My phone seems to be doing something very strange. Anytime, not just while I'm using it, my phone appears to "open" an app by itself, then it minimizes almost instantly. It does that little animation where when I usually minimize an app, it "compresses" and slides to the bottom in a white flash. This is very strange, and concerning. It will even sometimes do this right when my alarm goes off in the morning. This morning my alarm went off, and as I was reaching for it, I saw my phone minimize the alarm program a d it cut off the alarm, and automatically snoozed it. Anyone else have an issue like this?
