J7 Prime doesn't respond to any buttons or reset

[Android Central Question]

My J7 Prime crashed and started doing an endless loop reboot but only showing some operating system lines (too fast to read). To get it to stop, I pressed and held the power and vol-up buttons for a long time. Now it's completely dead; won't respond to any of the key combinations listed for master reset. Is there some way to restore it via connecting to a a computer? Other ideas? This phone is otherwise completely dead.

Welcome to Android Central! That sounds ominous. The phone is probably dead -- you could take it to a repair shop, but the cost of fixing it probably isn't worth the actual cost of the phone.
