Is samsung galaxy note 3 is compatible to extended to 32gb? Recently I bought 32gb memory card and it is not getting adopted. How should I do it?

Your S3 Note doesn't support Marshmallow unfortunately.

Note 3 spec I looked at shows it supports up to 64GB in the SD slot.

Check the card in a PC and if it doesn't work there the card is suspect. If it does work in PC, the slot on your phone might be bad.

It actually supports the SDXC spec of up to 2TB - if anyone ever makes a card that large. But I ran a 128GB card in mine. (Even I didn't need more space than that.)
