How do i fix the Network error thats constantly flashing since the last update on my SS S6Active

Ive tried rebooting phone, turning off wifi altogether and rebooting ive tried removing the one app that pays me nothing has worked.

Welcome to Android Central! Is it your cell network that isn't working? Are you unable to make/receive calls or texts? If not, contact your carrier. They might want to try a replacement SIM card.
