    Title.

In file manager, it states my memory is at 99% full. With an astonishing 22.5gb devoted to "others". But when I look into the file directory, the only thing that comes up is Downloads at 440 MB. (Files sorted largest to smallest) So where is 22.1GB coming from?

EDIT: Downloaded Data explorer like suggested. 18.7g2g of SYSTEM DATA

Try to download Data Size Explorer from the playstore. Run internal memory. You will see the usage.

"Other" is hidden files, files with data that your apps are saving, Android, Linux (which is the operating system Android is running in), etc. You won't see most of that unless the phone is rooted, and you won't see some of it even if the phone is rooted.
