Blue tooth, and mu huawei smart band are making random calls after installing instagram

I've been using a huawei smart band for a couple of months now. Yesterday I installed instagram and immediately my phone started auto dialing my dad. Since then every time I message or use fb my phone dials my father. Turn blue tooth off and the auto dialing stops.
