How can I update my rooted phone Note 3 the new version of software please help?

Flash the stock ROM. Updating a rooted phone could brick it, assuming that the update even installs, which it shouldn't. (You'll have to make sure that everything is backed up first - flashing a ROM gives you an out-of-the-box phone.)
