Headphone icon on ZForce

My Moto Zforce just started showing a headphone icon in the status bar. No sound will play on my phone. How and why is this happening?

Check the headphone jack. Either something is stuck in there (and you might be able to remove it carefully) or the jack is defective and you have to have it replaced.
