I am having trouble saving a video from Gmail onto my camera roll. It only saves it to "my files" and everytime I try to share or move the video file from 'my files', it says an error has occured or sometimes there won't even be the option to do anything with it.

    (bonus question)
I also tried tweeting out the video but every time I try, Twiter won't let me do that either. The video shouldn't be corrupted or anything. I saved it from Final Cut Pro onto an external hard drive, then onto a flash drive, then onto my computer. It runs fine through the video viewers.

    Papa bless.

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? "My Files" is not a file location -- it's probably your file manager app (if you have a Samsung phone). Long-press the video file in that file manager app and look for an Info or Details option. What directory does it say the file is in?
