    I have a problem of connecting to WIFI where a pop up screen comes up to accept conditions for their WIFI. Example, Dallas last week, 1st day at local Hilton, connected no problem. Pop up screen for Hilton Honors came right up. 2nd day, could not get pop up screen to come up though it showed connected. Yesterday at local Best Buy, Samsung tech tired to connect my phone to Best Buy WIFI but the pop up screen would not come up. He actually went into the website for Best Buy to connect. Most of the time the WIFI will not connect fully at most locations though shows connected. HELP

    The Samsung tech didn't call Samsung to find out how to fix it? That's one for the books.
