The SD card won't let me decrypted because it was encrypted on another device, but it's the same device I haven't changed the phone or anything.

Something changed - it could be as simple as the SD card going bad. Unmount the card, remove it, clean the gold contacts gently with a clean cloth, then reinstall it. If that doesn't work, see if it can be reformatted - the data on it is lost anyway. If it can't be, it's probably bad. If it's a SanDisk card, it's easy to have it replaced - SanDisk microSD Tech Support. If it's a Samsung card, it's supposed to be replaced, but good luck getting them to replace it. If it's anyone else's card, you probably can't get it replaced.

Welcome to Android Central! Did you do a factory reset of the phone at some point? That would wipe out the encryption key, and therefore render the SD card unreadable.
