How do I reset/install a ROM on my phone?

Hello! Sorry to bother. I was wondering if I could install a ROM or reset the Allview A7 Lite that I have to its factor settings. I turned the phone off before class one morning, and after class when I tried to open it, it would just show a blank screen! I didn't root the phone or anything- and I can't exactly try to fix it with a PC since the charging port is utterly broken. If anyone could tell me if something can be done to bring it alive on any way I'd be really greatful! Thank you for reading.

It’s no bother. It’s one of the purposes of Android Central.

In your case I don’t think that rooting and romming would help. It sounds like battery, or other hardware, failure.

The first thing you'd have to do, though, would be to get the charging port repaired.

Then you'd probably have to reflash the stock ROM (using the charging port).
