I juat bought a new samsung galaxy s9+ from a trusted dealer. With the new phone, you get cables that gives you the option to transfer files from your old phone to the new phone.
My old phone was rooted. So my question is: Are there any system files that get transfered to the neq phone that could make apps think the new phone is rooted?
Apps like SuperSU were deleted before the transfer started. Root checker confirms the phone is not rooted.

No, system apps don't get transferred (and su [the "SuperSU binary" - and what actually roots the phone] isn't what Android considers an app anyway).
