    The clip tray is part of RAM - your only access is by Copy or Cut to put something into it and Paste to get it out. I doubt that you can share something you copy to the tray - you'll have to download the file to your phone, put it into the /DCIM folder, restart the phone, then share it using Gallery or Photos.
