Recording digital piano on smartphone/laptop

We have a Casio Privia PX-500L digital piano and it has 2 headphone jacks. We'd like to record music on our Android smartphone and/or laptop (combo jack). I'm looking into a cable (https://www.amazon.com/iXCC-4-Conductor-3-5mm-Enabled-Microphone-Compatible/dp/B01CV0JSKE) and would like to know your thoughts as to if it will work or not, or if there's a better solution. Thanks
