My Android phone (Onetouch idol 4) randomly vibrates with no notification. It's a very strong, long vibration as if I was getting a flash flood warning or something. It never gives a notification with it or even turn on the screen. This didn't coincide with any changes like an app download as far as I know.

This may or may not have to do with a similar problem where the notifications I get from the discord and textra apps specifically are dismissed without my input as soon as they're received.

I've done a few obvious fixes for both of these problems, like restarting the phone, messing with settings suggested when looking up the problem on Google, etc.

As far as I know, no. Nothing of the sort.

Okay. It may be worth trying Safe Mode, if the vibrations occur frequently enough that that would not be inconvenient.
