I assume that you mean to put the Facebook app icon on the homescreen.

Open your app drawer. Find the Facebook ison. Long-press it - the homescreen will appear. Drag the icon to the homescreen - that will create a shortcut on the homescreen. (You can then long-press it where it appears on the homescreen and move it to wherever you prefer.)
