Why can I not get the group message pictures

My work uses Ring Central for group messaging to everyone. Out of a group of 30 I am the only one having issues. I was getting the photos at the start then it stopped. I went to sprint they did something and I got the next one. But then after that it went back to the white square. I have a samsung galaxy s8 if that makes a difference

Check your APN settings - they should be:

If that still doesn't work, it could be some incorrect setting in your account. (Most Sprint stores are independently owned, so I don't have too much faith in the technical expertise of the people working in them. The important things to many stores like that are willingness to accept low pay and selling lots of accounts.)
