How to stop being forcefully scrolled down to the text box while in a browser

I've always had this issue where I'm on certain chat sites and with each connection I get, the page scrolls all the way down to the text box and the keyboard comes straight up.

Is there a way to stop this? Thanks!

Not really. The site is written to put the cursor in the text box as soon as you connect, and in a phone that's going to scroll the page so that you can see where the cursor is. It's considered a benefit by most people - they don't have to manually scroll the page down, then tap the text box.
