J3 screen flickering & lines in screen ..plz help

I have a Samsung galaxy J3 Emerge (boost mobile). After having the phone less than a week I started having issues with the screen not responding, but that went away. Immediately I had lines thru my screen vertically, as well as its flickering . It gets worse as time progresses. It now flashes,,turns orange briefly then back, zooms in and out quickly, & jumps from app to app. This is difficult to use. I did take a video of it for more understanding. I have had the phone a total of 1 month . IT is aggrevating! Someone please help!

It sounds like impending hardware failure, or at least some internal fault. Back up your personal data while you still can.
