Password not accepted on two apps. I know pw is correct.

I have two apps, MyChart and MSave that have a mobile app and an online app. I have used both successfully on Note 8, until the password is changed on the online app itself. From that point, neither app lets me in on the phone.

I have tried uninstalling each app and re-installing. I was thinking maybe Bitwarden, a pw manager app. And I went in there to see if I had to change pw in there, and you guessed it, I forgot the password. I uninstalled BitWarden, and still can't get the other apps to work on the phone.
