For the past month I have been getting an alert (without sound, thankfully) that keeps popping up in my tray and no matter how many times I dismiss it the sucker keeps coming back.

    Message goes as follows:

    "Emergency alerts
Flash Flood Warning this area till 6:45 AM CDT. Avoid flood areas. -NWS"

Now, I don't live on the freaking ark so I am sure this is just the same message that got stuck and is repeating itself every time I dismiss it. Any easy way to clear this?
