Screen locked - I NEVER set up a pin.

Started to use my phone for first time today, the screen opened with a "Enter your Pin ..." I NEVER set up a screen lock. Please help ! Is there a back door pin or a way to get into my phone? It is a work phone and I cannot afford to reset to factory specs.

When you say this is a work phone, was it provided to you by your work (meaning not simply your personal phone that you take work calls on)? If so, I'd talk to your company's IT dept. Companies can put extra restrictions and such on company owned devices, so it may be possible they added a PIN to it.
