    Good afternoon to everyone.

I'm having a serious issue with my cellphone.

When the battery reaches 67% my phone suddenly turn off and it says i have 0% battery left and i am obligated to put on recharge, every time my phone reaches 67% of battery left that happens, i don't know what to do since i can't remove the battery of the phone.

I apreciate any help, thank you

That sounds like the battery is throwing a dendrite - a crystal that shorts it internally. There';s nothing that can be done about that but replacing the battery. (The reason lithium batteries throw dendrites has been found finally, but it;s going to be at least a few years before we start to see them manufactured differently to avoid dendrites.)
