regarding connecting samsung phone with nonsmart samsung led tv

i have samsung led tv and samsung galaxy j7 phone. how can i connect and do screen mirroring watch movie via usb cable. or can i use my micromax as wifiport by connecting with led tv. kindly help me asap. or suggest me any app to set my micromax android phone as led tv wifi adaptor..
