when i get a text, sometimes it comes to my cell like
pic was texted even though, it was non pic text....
anyone, please??

That depends on how the sender sent it. If s/he has the settings to not break long texts, they're sent as SMS (a text can be only 140 octets - 160 ASCII characters or 80 unicode characters). And sometimes if they're sent as individual texts they arrive out of order - that depends on how good the receiving text app is. Either way has problems.

Once we convert to RCS, which will probably take a few years, the problems will be eliminated.
