Why does my Bluetooth disconnect ms then connect by itself in the car?

So this issue only started a couple of weeks ago, I have a HTC U11, it will connect to my car with no problem and I will stream music through it. Then all by itself the Bluetooth disconnects and then goes through the connection protocol again and reconnects. It will keep doing this every so often until I restart the phone. Then the next day I have to go through it again. It does it every day now.
