my samsung s6 shows a lighting bolt but does not charge.

I tried cleaning the port and rebooting nothing works. Just saying my battery can't be taken out.

How long did you leave it plugged in before you checked it, and what charge level did it start with? It's not going to go from 0% to 5% in the first half hour.
