Hello-
I have a Galaxy Note 8 that does not fast charge anymore. I took it into the Samsung 837 flagship store and they told me that since there is a small crack in the top left corner of my screen (does not affect operation at all) they are unable to touch the phone without paying $250 for them to repair the screen- which they would then repair the charge port and address any other warranty issues.
Has anyone else had an experience with this? I find it quite ridiculous.
