Notification Reminder won't stop

I have it set to OFF in Accessibility Settings but I am still getting repeat notifications... any idea how to fix this?

This is a replacement phone (Note 8) I received today. I feel like I am slowly going crazy because of this thing.

Also, I have tried setting reminders to ON and changing the timing of the reminders--no dice. It still chimes once every minute.
