Please contact your carrier they will be able to help. You need their help to shut it down. you can access through google and lock it. Delete it, and more. But contact your carrier first thing.

I wouldn't only lock it. If you're in the US, the carrier can blacklist it, so even if the "finder" gets it running, they can't use it for calls, texts or mobile data.
