Android Central Question

I keep getting a message advising that I can only have 50 tabs opened on my note 8 but I only have 7 at the most then I close them all. Why am I getting this message?

Try going into your browser and doing the following to see if it will reset the counter.

1. Open your browser
2. Click the button on the top right that shows the number of tabs open.(For instance, if you have 2 tabs open it will be a 2 inside of a box.)
3. Once it's showing you all the tabs that you have open you want to hit the menu button. (three dots)
***You will get a different menu option if you click the three dots BEFORE hitting the tab button, so make sure you def do that first**
4. Select "Close all tabs".

Hopefully this will fully reset how many tabs your phone thinks it has open, even if it's def less than 50. If you still keep getting that error message make another comment and we'll see what else we can brainstorm to help!
(Although in that case I imagine you might have to reset your phone, but make sure you call your company provider before doing so. I know that TMobile has it set up so that if I reset my phone before contacting them to let them know it's me they will lock my phone for 24 hours because they think someoen has stolen it.)
