    I bought a Samsung Galaxy Note 8 , now all of a sudden it wants password though I did not put any. I asked for advise that I need to factory reset it , can you please help guys !

    Welcome to Android Central! Did you buy this new or used? If it belonged to someone else, doing a hardware key factory reset will still require you to enter that previous person's Google account and password, which is part of Google's Factory Reset Protection feature.
